Medical & Health Sciences Trainer delivering training in clinical medicine, nursing or public health, requiring a degree, higher diploma or diploma in a health sciences field, TVETA registration and a technical education certification, in a training institute environment, on-site role.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree, Higher Diploma or Diploma qualification in Clinical Medicine and Surgery, Nursing, Orthopaedic and Trauma Medicine, Theatre Nursing, Peri-Operative Theatre Technology, Applied Biology, Medical and Health Sciences, Public Health or a related field. 
• Must be TVETA Registered and Licensed.
• Must have a Technical education certification (pedagogy).
• Proven experience in the relevant profession.
• High level of reliability, flexibility and effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for training and desire to create lasting impact on learners and the industry.
• Ability to work with diverse student groups and meet their learning needs.
• Professional training experience in a college will be an added advantage.
