Location: KarongaABOUT THE PROJECTLusubilo Community Care, in partnership with Catholic Relief Services (CRS), anticipates implementing a child development, care and protection project focused on strengthening child protection systems, supporting families, improving early childhood development and promoting family-based care.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate and implement project monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) activities.- Collect, analyse, validate and report project data.- Track project indicators, targets and implementation progress.- Lead the implementation of feedback and response mechanisms.- Facilitate project reflection, learning and accountability activities.- Conduct data quality checks and support evidence-based decision-making.- Provide technical support and training to project staff, partners and community structures.- Collaborate with government departments and other stakeholders to strengthen monitoring and reporting systems.- Prepare trend analysis reports, case studies and documentation of good practices.- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with organisational and donor requirements.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Science or a related field from a recognised university.- Minimum of three years of experience in project support, preferably in MEAL and NGO settings.Additional advantages:- Experience in project monitoring and data collection.- Experience working with community structures and participatory planning.- Knowledge of child protection, family strengthening, family-based care and early childhood development programmes.- Experience with government monitoring and information systems.REQUIRED SKILLS- Strong data analysis and report-writing skills.- Proficiency in digital data systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.- Ability to develop data collection tools, track indicators and conduct data quality checks.- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.- Attention to detail, accuracy and timely delivery.- Commitment to safeguarding and accountability.APPLICATION PROCEDUREApplicants should submit the following documents:1.
