Today the schools offer both the national and international curricula and are committed to the holistic development of its students and teacher development.The Aga Khan Education Service in Tanzania (AKES, T) invites applications from qualified and dynamic individuals for the following position: Position Summary The We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and student-centered Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Mathematics instruction within the Cambridge IGCSE Curriculum, inspiring students to achieve academic excellence while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the IGCSE curriculum. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress and achievement. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Prepare students effectively for IGCSE examinations. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Participate in departmental planning, curriculum development, and school activities. Maintain accurate student records and communicate regularly with parents and colleagues. The requirements Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Education, or a related field. Teaching qualification, or training certification recognized by relevant authorities. Minimum of 3 years' teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting. Proven experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics and other related international curriculum Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare. Closing date :06  November 2026.
