Massage Therapist/Room Steward providing professional massage treatments and maintaining treatment rooms, requiring a Certificate or training in Massage Therapy with previous experience as a Massage Therapist or Spa Attendant, in a hospitality environment, on-site role. ### Key Responsibilities - Provide professional massage treatments to guests in a safe and courteous manner. - Prepare and maintain massage/treatment rooms to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. - Clean, sanitize, and arrange treatment rooms before and after each guest. - Change and replenish towels, linens, toiletries, and other room supplies. - Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards at all times. - Ensure guests receive a comfortable, relaxing, and professional experience. - Handle and store used linens appropriately. - Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and shortages of supplies to the supervisor. - Maintain a professional appearance and excellent guest-service standards. - Assist with general room-stewarding duties as required. ### Requirements - Certificate or training in Massage Therapy is an added advantage. - Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Room Steward, Spa Attendant, or in a similar hospitality role. - Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and room-cleaning procedures. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Well-groomed, reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guests\’ privacy. - Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. ### How to Apply Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to: info@naromoruriverlodge.com using the position as subject of email. ## Requirements Apply by email: info@naromoruriverlodge.com ## Apply Use the canonical Prime Job Alerts page for full application instructions and source verification.
