The role involves digital marketing, client follow-up, property viewings and coordination with the sales and property management teams. ### Key Responsibilities - Market available residential and commercial properties through online listings, social media, WhatsApp and other suitable channels. - Prepare clear, accurate property descriptions and keep listings, prices and availability up to date. - Respond promptly to inquiries, understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties. - Arrange and conduct property viewings, then follow up with prospective tenants and buyers. - Build relationships with clients, landlords, agents and referral partners. - Track inquiries, viewings and leads, and provide regular updates on marketing activity and results. - Support marketing campaigns, property events and other sales activities.
