## Job Description

Job Summary

The Marketing & Promotion Manager will plan and execute end-to-end local marketing strategies for NestVest’s property sales and rental businesses in Kenya. You will transform verified property inventory and official project information into accurate, high-converting content and structured campaigns to drive qualified customer enquiries. The role equally supports Kilimani rental listings and core new property project sales, ensuring consistent, compliant and result-focused marketing output across all channels.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, rental inventory, sales and paid media teams to align content quality, accuracy, publishing schedules and lead handover standards.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on professional marketing experience, covering content creation and campaign execution.

- Strong preference for candidates with real estate, property, hospitality or lead-generation industry experience.

- Excellent English writing and professional communication skills; Kiswahili language ability is a strong advantage.

- Capable of writing high-quality marketing copy and coordinating photo & short-video content production.

- Familiar with social media publishing workflows, Canva or similar design tools, CapCut or equivalent video editing tools.

- Strong cross-team coordination skills, strict deadline awareness and ability to deliver measurable marketing results.

- Mandatory: Provide a personal marketing portfolio with verifiable campaign and content cases for review.

Performance Metrics & KPIs

- Deliver a minimum of 95% of approved weekly content plans on schedule.

- Publish no less than 5 verified property content pieces weekly, including a minimum of 3 Kilimani rental/resale listings.

- Produce at least 4 practical property guides, area introduction articles, rent-or-buy comparison content or customer FAQs every 30 days.

- Ensure 95%+ of marketing enquiries are promptly handed over and fully recorded through standard CRM procedures.

- Complete weekly reports with clear deliverable proofs, content links, lead performance data, existing issues and follow-up actions.

- Performance evaluation is based on qualified lead quality and downstream conversion results, not purely social media follower growth.
