Position: Marketing OfficerLocation: Harare, Zimbabwe

### Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.* Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.* Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, architects, fabricators, and corporate clients.* Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing events.* Prepare marketing reports and monitor campaign performance.* Assist in the development of marketing materials and advertising content.

and Experience* Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.* At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.* Experience in the aluminium, glass, construction, or building materials industry will be an added advantage.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.* Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.* Valid Class 4 Driver’s Licence is an added advantage.Attributes* Self-motivated and goal-oriented.* Professional and customer-focused.* Creative and innovative thinker.* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
