- Represent Norda at relevant consumer, trade, partner and industry forums.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or a related field.
- At least 6 years of progressive marketing experience, including real ownership of brands, trade marketing, budgets and launches.
- FMCG experience in Kenya or East Africa, with a strong understanding of local consumers and routes to market.
- Demonstrated ability to translate consumer and market insights into successful brand strategies and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong commercial and numerical judgement, including budgets, margins, pricing logic, campaign measurement and business cases.
- Experience leading agencies, suppliers and junior team members while raising standards and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English, Kiswahili and strong Kenyan cultural fluency are valuable.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, presentations, digital analytics, research tools and responsible use of AI to improve marketing productivity.
What Success Looks Like
- Priority brands grow profitably and have clear, differentiated plans.
- Launches are genuinely ready, arrive on time and achieve agreed trial, distribution, repeat and financial outcomes.
- Marketing investment has defined objectives and measurable returns.

- The marketing team and agencies deliver higher-quality work with less chasing and fewer avoidable delays.
