Dada Hub is looking for a commercially minded Marketing & Growth Manager to help drive its next phase of growth.

The ideal candidate understands that marketing goes beyond social media posts. They should be able to turn marketing activities into measurable business results by driving brand awareness, generating leads, increasing bookings, building partnerships, and growing revenue.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns from concept to implementation.

- Manage digital presence and content strategy.

- Generate leads and develop strategies to convert them into customers.

- Build partnerships and support venue and event sales.

- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition.

Requirements

- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.

- Understanding of digital marketing and content creation.

- Experience generating and converting leads.

- Ability to develop and execute campaigns independently.

- Understanding of events, communities, and customer acquisition.

- A proactive, creative, and commercially driven mindset.

- Must be based in Nairobi.
