Well Established CompanyMarketing Person – Job SpecificationPosition: Marketing Executive / Marketing Officer ( female candidate)Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.Relevant sales or marketing certifications are an advantage.Experience:1–3years of experience in sales and marketing.Experience in the garment, textile, uniform, or apparel industry is preferred.Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Customer relationship management.Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.Good presentation and reporting skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Valid driving licence (preferred, if field marketing is required).Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies.Generate new customers and maintain existing client relationships.Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Achieve monthly sales targets.Coordinate with production and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.Personal Attributes:Self-motivated and target-oriented.Professional appearance and attitude.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Willingness to travel for business development.Salary MK 500,000.00 including all taxes (This is fixed and non negotiable)How to ApplyInterested candidates should send their application letter, CV, and copies of relevant certificates to sunriseafrica.2020@gmail.com.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
