Marketing & Business Development Officer identifying tenders and business opportunities and promoting the company through marketing campaigns and digital content, requiring a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications and at least 2 years marketing or business development experience with Canva proficiency, in a cleaning and facilities management environment, on-site role.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Officer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company, generating new business opportunities and strengthening our brand presence.

### Key Responsibilities

- Identify and apply for relevant tenders and business opportunities.

- Prepare and coordinate tender documents and submissions.

- Identify and reach out to potential corporate and institutional clients.

- Manage the company’s social media platforms and create engaging content.

- Design professional flyers, brochures, company profiles and marketing booklets.

- Develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

- Create and maintain a database of potential clients and business leads.

- Follow up on leads and opportunities to generate new business.

- Prepare marketing reports and provide regular feedback on business development activities.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.

- At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, business development or a similar role.

- Proven experience in tender applications will be an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

- Ability to use Canva or other graphic design tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong computer skills and good attention to detail.

- Self-driven, organised and able to work with minimal supervision.

- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
