WE’RE HIRING Job Title: Marketing and Graphic Design AssistantReports To: Marketing ManagerEmployment Type: ContractLocation: Lilongwe, MalawiKey ResponsibilitiesProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools for high-quality video editing and content creationEdit engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTubeSkilled in creating professional social media graphics using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or related toolsManage and grow PlantCatalyst Africa’s social media presence across digital platformsDevelop and manage content calendars and posting schedulesCreate compelling captions, reels, stories, and promotional content aligned with the brandMonitor social media engagement, analytics, and platform performance metricsStay updated with social media trends, viral content styles, and platform updatesSkilled in basic photography and content capture for marketing purposesEnsure brand consistency across all digital touchpointsProactive and innovative, constantly seeking creative solutions and improvementsTeam player with strong collaboration and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent storytelling and content creation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects efficiently and prioritize effectivelyAdaptable to new technologies and fast-paced work environmentsCommitted to continuous learning and professional growth
