## Job Description

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business

Responsibilities

- Responsible for development and implementation of the business strategy to achieve the unit’s profitability targets 

- Responsible for delivery of seamless customer service through maintenance of high service standards

- Responsible for Relationship Management and partnerships for the Investor Services business (Customers, Fund managers, Regulators, Administrators, and other relevant stakeholders)

- Responsible for enforcement of risk excellence and compliance requirements (Regulatory, audit, internal controls)

- Responsible for growth of market share, while retaining existing client base. 

- Lead, direct and develop a high performing and motivated team 

- Responsible for budget control and effective cost management 

- Ensure compliance with URBRA & CMA regulations with respect to provision of Investor Services 

- Oversee the provision and development of Trustee and Custody services in line with industry best practices.

- Develop and lead KCB’s Facility agency business with respect to loan syndications, bond issues and other similar or related capital markets transactions in line with international industry standards

- Coordinate any communication and documentation between the corporate client and the relevant internal departments.
