## Job Description

VACANCY: MAINTENANCE PLANNER – KITWE

### Join Our Team

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Maintenance Planner to join our Technical Department. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement in plant reliability through effective maintenance planning, asset care management, and project coordination.

### Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate equipment and process problem-solving initiatives.

• Develop, plan, and coordinate scheduled maintenance activities.

• Plan and manage plant shutdowns and maintenance projects.

• Develop and implement Asset Care Plans to improve equipment reliability.

• Analyse maintenance data and generate asset care reports.

• Identify maintenance improvement opportunities and failure root causes.

• Maintain the integrity of the CMMS/COSWIN maintenance management system.

• Monitor maintenance schedules and optimise maintenance activities.

• Generate maintenance performance reports.

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient operational planning.

• Drive continuous improvement and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives.

### Preferred Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience in beverage, brewing, or FMCG manufacturing environments.

• Exposure to project planning and shutdown management.

• Advanced maintenance planning and reliability improvement expertise. Sound understanding of maintenance systems and methodologies such as:

o TPM

o RCM

o CMMS/COSWIN

o Condition Monitoring

o RAM

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to influence teams and drive compliance with maintenance standards.
