About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Personnel to ensure optimal operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment. This hands-on role focuses on preventative and corrective maintenance, contributing to the overall safety and functionality of the camp surrounding.

Key Responsibilities
– Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
– Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.
– Respond promptly to maintenance requests to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs made and parts used.
– Collaborate with team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
– Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and materials to ensure availability.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during all maintenance activities.
– Support improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment efficiency and lifespan.

Requirements
– Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is essential.
– Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
– Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
– Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is advantageous.
– Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in a maintenance context.
