Job description
Engineering Jobs, Bloom Surgical Centre Jobs. Responsible for maintaining hospital buildings, equipment, electrical and plumbing systems, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, responding to breakdowns, coordinating repairs, monitoring contractors, maintaining maintenance records, and ensuring facilities remain safe and functional. Requires a relevant Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building, or a related technical field. The position is based in Kisumu and requires on-site work.
Qualifications
- Artisan Diploma in Building Technology or a related qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Practical knowledge of building and facility maintenance, repairs and general maintenance operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety and quality standards.
