### WE’RE HIRING

### LUBRICANTS SPECIALIST

To drive the development, sales growth, and operational success of our lubricants business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the automotive, industrial, or energy sector and a proven track record in business development and customer relationship management.

### LOCATION

Lusaka or Copperbelt (Ndola) depending on business requirements, market focus and candidate profile

### REPORTS TO

B2B Head

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement lubricants growth strategies.

- Manage relationships with distributors and key accounts.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Monitor sales performance and market trends.

- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

### REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricants, automotive, industrial products, or related sectors.

- Strong commercial and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
