Job Purpose
The Logistics Officer manages company transportation operations, fleet maintenance, route scheduling for weekend and weekday client site tours, and material deliveries to ensure seamless, safe, and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate transport logistics for client property site visits and company assignments.
- Supervise company drivers and enforce safety regulations and traffic compliance.
- Oversee routine vehicle servicing, inspection renewals, insurance covers, and fuel management logs.
- Coordinate delivery of development materials (fencing, beacons, gates, signage) to project sites.
- Prepare monthly transport expenditure and vehicle utilization reports.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Fleet Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet supervision and transport logistics.
- Valid driving licence with clean driving record.
