## Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our fast-paced team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
Documentation ManagementPrepare, verify and manage all logistics and shipping documents accurately.Shipment CoordinationCoordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and transporters to ensure timely shipments.Shipment Follow-UpTrack and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays.Customs ComplianceEnsure compliance with East Africa customs regulations and facilitate smooth clearance of goods.Reporting & CommunicationMaintain logistics records, prepare reports and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
Diploma or Degree in Procurement and Logistics, Supply Chain or related fieldEast Africa Customs and Freight Forwarding Practicing Certificate (EACFFPC) is mandatoryAbility to work in a very fast paced company
