An award-winning financial services group with a proud African heritage and a reputation for excellence is looking for an experienced Loan Servicing Manager who knows that great lending operations take more than good processes — they take great people, smart decisions and strong leadership.
You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, elevating service delivery, improving processes and ensuring performance remains on track. This role is a perfect fit for someone with investment banking loan administration / agency experience, strong financial reconciliation skills, and hands-on exposure to loan settlements, syndicated lending, and P and L control.
Requirements:
Appropriate business commerce / accounting qualification3–4 years in investment banking debt operations, loans administration, agency or syndicated loan servicing.Hands-on experience with P and L queries, reconciliations, interest calculations, settlement figures and breakage costs.Understands syndicated and structured loans, funding positions, repayments, drawdowns and facility restructures.Hands-on experience with ACBS or any other comparable loan management system, alongside financial reconciliation tools.If you have strong stakeholder relationship skills coupled with an ability to improve processes then this is the role for you.
