OVERVIEWCIC Insurance Malawi is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Life Insurance Sales Agents tenable in Lilongwe, Blantyre and Mzuzu.KEY REQUIREMENTSMinimum MSCE with credits in English and Mathematics.Those with a Diploma in Sales and Marketing will have an added advantage.Successful track record of selling in the financial services sector, teaching or any other relevant profession will be an added advantage.Highly networked and good at connecting with people.Prior experience in selling life or investments products will be a definite advantage.Good working knowledge of financial markets and financial products.Results oriented and able to work under strict deadlines to meet sales targets.Sales Ability.Customer Focus.Tenacity.Technical Knowledge.Problem Solving.Females are encouraged to apply.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProspecting.Making sales presentations.Negotiating and closing business deals.Handling customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.Producing quotations for prospective clients.Providing after sales service.Any other duties as assigned by the Team Supervisor from time to time.HOW TO APPLYIf you believe your experience, competencies and qualifications match the job role and specifications described, send your application letter with an updated CV with at least three traceable references to:By Post:The Managing DirectorCIC Africa MalawiP.O.
