Liability Sales Manager (Fixed Deposit) developing and implementing liability growth strategies and driving deposit business, requiring minimum 5 years relevant experience in deposit-taking microfinance banks or wealth management and a bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a business-related course, in a microfinance banking environment, on-site role. We are seeking highly motivated, results-oriented, and experienced professionals to join our growing and dynamic organization as Liability Sales Managers (Fixed Deposit). ### Key Responsibilities - Involvement in development and implementation of liability growth strategy for the assigned product lines, services, and driving the same. - Development of the tactics and strategic initiatives and holding the ownership. - Acting as the primary point of contact for liability products/ deposits. - Ensuring 100% completion of documentation and other process requirements pertaining to the on-boarded/ canvassed deposits - Providing the guidance to other departments, and carrying out trainings on liability products as required. - Cross-selling other products to the managed/existing base. - Identifying market needs/ market intelligence, best practices and providing insights and information to Business Development and Product Teams. - Planning, conducting marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at liability business drive whilst liaising with Business Development, Product and Sales Teams. Qualifications and Competencies - A minimum of Five (5) years relevant work experience in Deposit taking microfinance banks, Fund management institutions, Equity partners, investment organizations and or Wealth Management companies. - A minimum grade of C+ (plus) in KCSE, an undergraduate bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in a business-related Course from a recognized institution. - Self-starter and ability to work independently to achieve corporate GOALS - Excellent communication skills, with outstanding reporting and numerical skills. ### Computer skills - Must be adept in use of Ms Word, Excel, Power-Point, Internet and E- mail. - Attractive remuneration package based on performance* ### How to Apply Interested candidates meeting the requirements to send their applications to hr@lolckenya.co.ke.
