Requirements

Strong written and spoken Afrikaans and English; knowledge of the accommodation market; excellent communication, organisation, administration, planning and problem-solving; ability to build trust with property hosts and manage several onboarding processes under pressure. Customer service, hospitality or property management experience is preferred. Copywriting, target-driven work and CRM or property management tools are advantages.
