LekkeSlaap, part of Cape Town travel technology company Tripco, is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer at the V&A Waterfront. This is a full-time hybrid role building and improving user-facing accommodation booking products. You will work across backend services, frontend performance, security, testing, code reviews and technical documentation with Product and Design, while using automation and AI tools where useful. Requirements

At least three years of full stack software engineering or similar experience, ideally on a high-traffic user-facing web product; proficiency in LekkeSlaap’s stack or comparable technologies; sound software design and scalable architecture practices; Git/version control; and interest in AI tools and automation. The advertised stack includes PHP/Laravel, Twig, HTML/CSS/JavaScript and React, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, Nginx, Docker and GitHub Actions. Linux, infrastructure tools, machine learning, data analysis and UX experience are listed as advantages.
