## Job Description

Responsible for providing legal advice, reviewing and drafting agreements and loan documents, supporting debt recovery, conducting legal due diligence, managing litigation matters, liaising with external lawyers, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Requires an LLB degree, Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.

### Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years’ relevant legal experience (preferably in financial services, banking, microfinance, debt recovery, or commercial litigation).

- Solid knowledge of secured lending, regulatory compliance, consumer protection, data protection, and AML/CFT.

- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya or relevant professional qualification.
