Have a good understanding of relevant bank products and services and assist in structuring, negotiating and drafting legal agreements and documentation. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on the full contract lifecycle standardization of templates, review, drafting, and negotiation through to execution and renewal. Prepare and manage commercial agreements (e.g., commercial, leases, vendor contracts).
