OVERVIEWExploits University, Blantyre Campus, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for full-time Lecturer positions in the following departments:Department of AccountancyDepartment of Administrative StudiesThe successful candidates will be responsible for delivering quality university-level teaching in their respective disciplines and supporting the academic development of students.JOB TYPE: Full TimeApplication Deadline: Saturday, 31st October, 2026POSITION 1: LECTURER IN ACCOUNTANCYKEY REQUIREMENTSAcademic Qualifications and Experience:Applicants should possess the following:A Bachelor's degree with Credit or Distinction.A Master's degree or PhD in Accountancy, or an equivalent qualification, obtained from a reputable university.Professional qualifications such as ACCA, PAEC, CIMA, or LCCI are desirable.University lecturing experience will be an added advantage.REPORTS TOThe respective Head of Department.POSITION 2: LECTURER IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)KEY REQUIREMENTSAcademic Qualifications and Experience:Applicants should possess the following:A Bachelor's degree with Credit or Distinction.A Master's degree in Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification, obtained from a reputable university.University lecturing experience will be an added advantage.REPORTS TOThe respective Head of Department.DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe successful candidates will be responsible for:Delivering lectures and supporting teaching and learning in their respective disciplines.Supporting students in their academic development.Carrying out assigned academic duties in accordance with university requirements.HOW TO APPLYInterested and suitably qualified candidates should submit the following documents:A motivation letter.Certified copies of relevant academic and professional qualifications.A detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) containing details of three (3) traceable referees.Applications should be addressed to:The University RegistrarExploits UniversityP.O.
