VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ AHLUS SUNNAH FOUNDATION (ASF) – ASF EDUCATIONAL CENTRELOCATION: Lilongwe, MalawiPOSITION: LECTURER – INFORMATION SYSTEMS & BUSINESS LAW (2 POSITIONS)OVERVIEWAhlus Sunnah Foundation (ASF–Malawi) is a charitable educational institution committed to providing quality education through Secondary School, Islamic Studies, Hifz, Tailoring, and the ASF College of Accountancy.ASF Educational Centre invites applications from suitably qualified, dedicated, and results-oriented individuals to fill the following positions.The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning at the ASF College of Accountancy. They will prepare and deliver lectures, develop learning materials, assess students, provide academic guidance, maintain accurate academic records, and contribute to the continuous improvement of academic programmes.KEY REQUIREMENTSA Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, Business Law, Business Administration, Education, or a related field from a recognized institution.Or Bachelor of Accountancy with UCE.A relevant professional qualification and TCM license.At least 3 years of relevant teaching or professional experience, preferably within a tertiary education institution.Demonstrable knowledge and competence in the relevant area of specialization.Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Good computer literacy, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational, classroom management, and time-management skills.High levels of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to academic excellence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and deliver engaging lectures in the assigned area of specialization.Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, tests, and examinations.Assess and grade students' academic work in accordance with institutional standards.Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic and examination records.Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and support to students.Participate in examinations, invigilation, marking, and moderation activities.Monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and institutional activities.Contribute to curriculum development, review, and improvement.Promote a professional, supportive, and disciplined learning environment.Comply with institutional policies, academic standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.Perform any other duties assigned by the Director or relevant authority.HOW TO APPLYInterested applicants (preferably Muslims) should submit the following:Application letter.Detailed Curriculum Vitae.Certified copies of academic and professional certificates.Names and contact details of three traceable referees.Applications should be addressed to:By Post:The DirectorASF Educational CentreP.O.
