The university is preparing to launch and is seeking suitably qualified academics to join its pioneering team.Position OverviewThe Lecturer will contribute to teaching, assessment, student support and research for the Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship programme.Minimum QualificationsMaster's degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation Studies or a related field.A PhD is preferred.ExperienceAt least six years' teaching and research experience or relevant industry experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver high-quality, interactive online course content through the university's Learning Management System (LMS).Deliver asynchronous lectures, facilitate virtual seminars and lead live discussion boards.Set, administer and mark assignments, tests and examinations, providing constructive and timely feedback.Provide virtual consultation sessions, academic advice and student mentorship.Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, dissertations and capstone work online.Conduct academic research, publish in reputable journals and pursue external research grants and resource mobilisation opportunities.Facilitate virtual labs, case studies and practicums relevant to the programme.Build links with industry, churches, government and professional bodies.Participate in faculty mentorship, assessment reviews, departmental activities and online academic governance committees.How to ApplyApplications should include a current CV and contact numbers and addresses of at least three traceable referees.Send applications to:The Vice ChancellorGoshen International UniversityP.O.
