VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ZOMBA CITY COUNCIL POSITION: LAND REGISTRAR Location: ZombaOVERVIEW The Local Government Service Commission is inviting applications from suitable qualified Malawians to fill the following vacant positions existing at ZOMBA CITY COUNCIL.POST: Land RegistrarGRADE: M6/ISALARY: Within the range Grade M6/1 salary scale segmentQualifications:Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Management, Land Administration, Land Economy, Real Estate Management, obtained from an accredited and recognized university plus two (2) years relevant working experience.Duties:Registration of land transactions on daily basisSettlement of land disputes within his or her jurisdictionLiaising with other stakeholders on land transactionsApproving of draft instruments from various clients (banks, financial institutions and lawyers).Site inspection of development projects.Maintaining land register.Drafting documents and other instruments.MODE OF APPLICATIONInterested applicants who meet the requirements should submit their applications together with a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV), Photocopies of relevant certificates and National Identity Card.Application should be clearly labelled on the envelope the position being applied for and addressed to; NOT LATER THAN 12TH SEPTEMBER, 2026.The Executive Secretary,Local Government Service Commission,P.O.
