Component Inspection: Inspect incoming components through visual checks, measurements, and document review (certificates, measurement reports). Compile inspection reports and ensure all documentation is saved, traceable, and fully transparent. Carry out internal component inspections as requested.Outgoing Products Inspection: Perform quality checks during the assembly and on outgoing goods to verify they meet the required standards. Participate in product testing and support accurate documentation of results.Operating in the ERP system: monitoring the stock level of goods and documents to be inspected, moving the inspected goods to their dedicated warehouse locations, etc.Manage the Quality Department’s measuring devices and tools in the AllDevice program and on the floor. Label and register new equipment and conduct and manage calibration.Composing Documents: Quality Inspection instructions, process descriptions, and other documents based on need.Internal Findings: Notice and report quality-related deviations and follow up on the progress of corrective actions. Keep a statistical overview of the findings, and organise regular meetings to highlight the issues and improvements.Operating stackers and a forklift: to move pellets with goods in and out of the inspection area, onto shelves, and to turn around heavy components for inspection.Collaborative Problem-SolvingWhy us?
