Role OverviewSir Harry Johnston International School is a reputable international school committed to providing inclusive, high-quality education in a supportive and multicultural learning environment.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor / Head Chef to lead our school’s catering team. The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure the highest standards of food quality and hygiene, and design nutritious menus that meet the diverse needs of our students.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage kitchen staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.Plan, prepare, and oversee balanced meals in line with school nutrition standards.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.Maintain cost-effective operations while upholding quality standards.Coordinate with school administration on special events and catering requirements.Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and professionalism.

### Requirements
