We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Porter to keep our kitchen running smoothly, maintain hygiene standards, and support our culinary staff.Job Title: Kitchen PorterLocation: Domino Bar, Restaurant & Garden - ZombaEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout Domino Bar, Restaurant & GardenDomino Bar, Restaurant & Garden is a vibrant hospitality destination dedicated to providing exceptional dining, craft beverages, and memorable outdoor experiences located in Zomba.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Dishwashing & Ware washing: Cleaning kitchen utensils quickly to maintain service flow.· Kitchen Sanitation: Cleans, sanitizes, and sweeps/mops kitchen floors, prep stations, storage areas, and waste disposal stations throughout the shift.· Waste Management: Empties kitchen trash, compost, and recycling bins regularly; ensures waste storage areas remain clean and compliant with hygiene rules.· Stock & Equipment Handling: Assists with unpacking food stock deliveries, organizing storerooms, and safely storing heavy inventory items.· Kitchen Assistance: Helps cooks with basic non-cooking prep work (e.g., peeling vegetables, moving crates) during peak hours if requested.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS· Education: Should have MSCE certificate.· Experience: Previous experience as a Porter, Cleaner, or Kitchen Assistant in a restaurant, hotel, or catering venue is a plus; entry-level candidates are welcome.· Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy pots/crates, and handle fast-paced physical work.· Personal Traits: High standard of personal cleanliness, strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team.MODE OF APPLICATIONInterested candidates should send their CV or application details to info@cgfenterprises.com with the subject line "Kitchen Porter Application – [Your Name]".Application Deadline: September 27, 2026The Human Resources OfficerCGF Enterprises LimitedP.O.
