## Job Description

Millfield Runda School is a growing Cambridge International School in Nairobi dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where every child is inspired to achieve their full potential. We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and committed Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons within the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, creating an inclusive classroom where learners are encouraged to become confident, independent and lifelong learners. The role requires a teacher who is passionate about early primary education, committed to high academic standards, and able to foster the social, emotional and personal development of every child.

Qualifications & Experience

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or KHA Diploma preferred.

- Current TSC Registration

- A minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience, preferably in a British Curriculum or Cambridge

- International School

- Sound knowledge and experience of the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, particularly Key Stage Excellent classroom management and lesson planning skills

- A learner-centred approach with the ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working
