Requirements
A national diploma or degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance or a related field is required. The employer asks for 2–4 years of experience in IT asset management, IT procurement, IT administration or service-desk coordination; experience maintaining an asset register, processing purchase orders and invoices, tracking spending against budget, and using ticketing systems; and strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills. ITIL or IT asset management certification is advantageous. Experience with software licences, multiple sites, regulated industries and ISO 27001 audit evidence is preferred.
