## Job Description

HR Jobs. Gulf African Bank Jobs. Junior HR Business Partner assisting the Head of HR in providing support to Line Managers, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or HR with CHRP and 2-3 years experience in HR, in a banking environment, on-site role.

### Job Purpose

This role is responsible for assisting the Head of HR in providing support to Line Managers in the management of employees to ensure that the Bank is able to meet its Strategic Business Objectives through high performing teams. The position holder is also responsible for providing day to day guidance and support to employees in all areas of Human Resource Management that impact employees.

Education, Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelors; degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources or related field

- CHRP

- Higher Diploma in HR

- 2-3 years’ experience in similar position or in HR

- Knowledge of HRIS is an added advantage
