## Job Description

Key purpose of role:

To support the curation, organisation, pre-scheduling, and optimisation of audio and video content on the Primedia+ (P+) platform, enhancing user engagement, discoverability, appointment viewing, and the overall platform experience.
The Junior Content Curator will assist in managing content placement, scheduling, metadata accuracy, and editorial updates to ensure platform content aligns with user preferences, programming priorities, and product growth objectives. 
The role will also contribute to audience engagement initiatives by pre-scheduling featured content, supporting campaign rollouts, and creating structured viewing moments that encourage repeat visits and sustained consumption.

Key performance areas:
Content curation and platform management:
Assist in the selection and organisation of audio and video content for platform placement.Support the scheduling and publishing of content on the P+ platform.Ensure curated content aligns with editorial guidelines and platform objectives.Assist in maintaining updated content libraries across platform categoriesMetadata management and content tagging:
Apply accurate metadata and tagging to content assets to enhance searchability and discoverability.Ensure content descriptions, titles and classifications are consistently applied.Support the maintenance of content classifications and categorisation frameworks.Conduct regular quality checks on metadata accuracy.Editorial support and content updates:
Assist in updating featured content, playlists and content collections.Support the execution of editorial campaigns aligned to product or programming priorities.Ensure timely updates of content in line with release schedules.Coordinate removal or archiving of outdated content.Content performance monitoring:
Monitor engagement metrics such as views, listens and completion rates.Assist in analysing content performance trends.Provide input into content placement decisions based on performance insights.Support reporting on content engagement metrics.Stakeholder coordination:
Liaise with content, programming and product teams to ensure alignment of curated content.Coordinate receipt and upload of new content assets where required.Ensure curated content adheres to platform compliance and brand guidelines.Quality assurance and platform accuracy:
Conduct regular checks to ensure correct content placement and functionality.Identify and flag content discrepancies or playback issues.Ensure platform content is presented accurately and consistently.

## Requirements

Minimum required qualification:

Diploma or degree in media studies, digital media, broadcasting, marketing, communications or related field.Qualifications considered advantageous:

Courses or certifications in content curation, digital media management, or multimedia production.Minimum years of experience:

1–2 years’ experience in digital content management, media, or broadcasting environmentExposure to content management systems (CMS) will be advantageousAdditional role requirements:
