OVERVIEWWe are hiring a Junior Accountant / Office Administrator to join our growing team in Lilongwe. As part of a leading ReadyMix Concrete company, this role is ideal for a mature, detail-oriented professional who will provide essential administrative and accounting support to help our sales and finance teams operate efficiently.KEY REQUIREMENTSDegree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.Mature, responsible, and well-organized individual.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.Excellent communication, multitasking, and analytical abilities.Strong follow-up and coordination skills, both within and outside the organization, with the ability to track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.Willingness to work flexible hours when required to support business operations and meet organizational priorities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and update client quotations to support the sales team.Maintain and reconcile the account statement file.Manage and update Quality Control files.Handle daily administrative duties and document organization.Coordinate communication between departments for smooth operations.Provide back-office support so the sales team can focus on client development.Assist the Accounts Manager with ERP data entry and reporting.WHY JOIN US?Competitive salary and growth opportunities.Be part of a professional, supportive work environment.Contribute to a leading concrete solutions company.HOW TO APPLYSend your CV and a short cover letter to:Email: admin@instacretemw.comApplication Deadline: 14th August 2026
