By joining Evoca, you will get:- health insurance;- travel insurance;- favorable terms of Evoca products and services; - holiday and year-end bonuses;- bonuses on marriage, birth of a child; - paid days off;- sport package; - English language trainings;- large opportunities for continuous learning and development (participation in international conferences, business trips abroad, opportunities to get international certifications and study in top universities worldwide). ### RESPONSIBILITIES What will you be doing?- develop and implement the AI Governance Framework, as well as AI policies, standards, and procedures; - maintain the AI systems register; - identify, assess, and reassess risks throughout the AI systems lifecycle; - support the AI/ML model validation process and monitor model risks; - ensure compliance with internal, external, and international regulatory requirements applicable to AI systems; - assess data quality, as well as bias and fairness risks; - assess the ethical impact of AI systems and oversee the implementation of explainability, transparency, and accountability principles; - participate in the management of AI operational risks, analyze AI incidents, and develop action plans; - define AI Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), prepare risk reports for management, and monitor the performance of AI systems; - participate in the preliminary assessment of AI projects and implement AI risk awareness initiatives. ### REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS What skills are we looking for?- higher education in mathematics, data science, information technology, or a related field; - at least two years of work experience in model risk management, data science, or information technology; - professional qualification or certification in AI Governance, Responsible AI (RAI), NIST AI RMF, or another relevant field; - experience in assessing and monitoring artificial intelligence (AI/ML) models; - professional knowledge of risk assessment, model validation, and monitoring; - knowledge of banking regulatory requirements, data protection, and AI Governance principles; - analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; - ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment; - high level of initiative and sense of responsibility; - teamwork skills; - excellent command of English and Russian. ### APPLICATION PROCEDURES How to apply?Please send your CV to cv@evoca.am by indicating "AI Risk Management Specialist" in the subject line of the e-mail.
