## Job Description

Responsible for providing clinical support for in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) products, demonstrating laboratory equipment, training healthcare professionals, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting product sales and customer relationships. Requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field, with at least 1-3 years of laboratory or clinical support experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mombasa

Qualifications

- Candidates should have a Diploma, Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences or a related clinical field. ]

- A minimum of 1–3 years’ relevant experience is required. Professional registration or licensing is required where applicable.

- Strong communication, organisational, computer and problem-solving skills are essential.
