Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in the maintenance of company networks and communication systems.
• Support user account creation, password resets, and access management.
• Monitor and report IT system performance issues.
• Assist with data backup and recovery procedures.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and equipment.
• Support implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.
• Document technical procedures and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.
