Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years relevant experience in IT support, systems administration or network management.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified
- Demonstrated experience managing networks, cloud services, cyber security and ICT support services.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, networking technologies and information security practices.
- Experience with database management, backup systems and ICT asset management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
