Job Purpose

The IT & Digital Marketing Intern supports customer service, IT systems support, and digital marketing functions at Kimisitu Investment Co. PLC. The role focuses on enhancing online engagement, maintaining computer hardware/software, and supporting marketing campaigns.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging visual content, graphics, and video snippets.

- Support updates and content publishing on company websites and digital property portals.

- Assist in drafting and broadcasting email newsletters and SMS campaigns to investors.

- Provide first-level IT technical support for office workstations, printers, and network connections.

- Support user account setup, data backups, and IT inventory tracking.

- Monitor digital analytics, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics.

- Assist in responding to customer inquiries across social channels and website chat.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

- Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Communications, or related field.

- Hands-on skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools.

- Passion for real estate marketing and digital storytelling.
