About the Events Digital Media Internship in Lusaka As an Events & Digital Media Assistant intern, you will play a key role in planning and managing crochet-related events while enhancing the brand’s digital presence. This part-time, flexible internship is based in the Kalundu Market area of Lusaka, Zambia, offering hands-on experience and the chance to contribute meaningfully to community-driven creative projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and plan crochet classes, workshops, and small-scale events Manage event registrations, attendance tracking, and scheduling Organize event documentation using Google Drive tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Forms Create simple posters and flyers using Canva Manage and post engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Status, and TikTok Assist with event promotion and increase online engagement Support event setup and coordination on-site Candidate
Requirements
Basic proficiency with Google Drive applications Elementary Canva design

to create visual content Familiarity with social media platforms, including posting, stories, captions, and audience engagement Strong communication and organizational abilities Responsible, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Residency in Lusaka, preferably near the Kalundu area
