Responsible for conducting internal audits, reviewing financial records and operational processes, identifying risks and control weaknesses, and recommending improvements to ensure compliance with company policies. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, CPA/ACCA certification, and 5–7 years of internal audit experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. - Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) qualification is mandatory. - Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualifications will be an added advantage. - Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in internal audit, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
