## Job Description

Audit Jobs, St. Theresa’s Mission Hospital Jobs. Internal Audit & Risk Manager leads audit operations and risk oversight, requires an Accounting/Finance degree, CPA-K/ACCA and CISA credentials, ICPAK membership, and 3+ years healthcare or audit firm experience. Full-time role in Nairobi.

### Qualifications and Competencies

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business Administration in Accounting/Finance/Auditing options or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

- Must be CPA-K/ACCA and possess CISA certification or an equivalent relevant qualification, CFE/ERM will be an added advantage

- Membership to ICPAK or relevant Professional Body.

- At least 3 years of experience in the Internal Audit in healthcare industry or reputable audit firm in a comparable and relevant position

- Demonstrated professional competence leadership and managerial capability

- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management and internal control systems.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Accounting Systems with excellent analytical and reporting skills
