INTERN – CREDIT & QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT, LUSAKA

### JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Designated Supervisor, the Quality Controller under the Credit and Quality Assurance department will be responsible for Quality Control 1 (QC1) – Validation checks of loan application documentation received from the Front Office stage.

### Key Outputs

- 

Validation and Authentication of customer’s loan application documentation provided by Front Office staff.

- 

Checks for completeness and correctness of submitted loan application documentation.

- 

Timely (and Quality Assured) submission of validated loan application documentation to next loan application process Stage.

- 

Timely communication of relevant corrective action recommendations related to invalidated loan application documentation.

- 

Ensuring all relevant departmental/ operational reports are consolidated and circulated on a timely basis.

- 

Performance of sensitivity analysis, when required to give input from a Credit standpoint.

- 

Escalation of suspicious or fraudulent activity /actual frauds, in accordance with the Company’s Fraud Prevention Procedures.

### Education

- 

Grade 12 with five (5) O Levels including Mathematics and English.

- 

Must be a Degree Holder (Preferably in Business Administration, Banking, any business-related field, or Social Sciences) as required for entry level position.
