## Job Description

### Roles and Responsibilities

- Outreach and promotion of company lending solutions.

- Recruit customers who meet company target customer criteria.

- Ensure effective loan appraisal is done.

- Meet the set business targets and maintain quality loan book.

### Minimum Qualifications

- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration/Management or a related field.

- Experience in sales, marketing and portfolio management would be an added advantage.

- Computer literate.

- Able to work within given strict deadlines.

- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.

- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
