Learn more jti.comFunction Manufacturing Reports to Environmental Health and Safety Manager Application Deadline 10th August 2026 Contract Type Fixed Term Integrated Management Systems AssociateThis role is aimed to develop, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards. What You Will DoIMS Associate will be responsible for Develop, implement and maintain IMS documentation and processes Ensure compliance with ISO standards and legal requirements Plan and manage internal & external audits and coordinate certification audits Lead risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are implemented Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Provide training and awareness on IMS requirements Manage document control and records management system Monitor KPIs and performance of IMS systems Who We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality Management or other related field Professional certification in ISO standards (Lead Auditor ISO 9001/14001/45001 preferred) More than 3 years experience in IMS and ISO management systems in manufacturing Strong experience in audits, compliance, and risk management Proficiency in English and Swahili Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and training skills Knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory requirements Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools Leadership and stakeholder management Are you ready to join us?
