## Job Description

Job Purpose

To drive business growth by acquiring and retaining clients while promoting suitable insurance and investment solutions to achieve set sales targets.

### Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and other sales channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions.

- Promote and sell Britam insurance and investment products.

- Generate leads and consistently follow up with prospective clients.

- Meet and exceed set sales and business development targets.

- Conduct client presentations and explain products, benefits, and terms clearly.

- Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and follow-ups.

- Provide ongoing customer service and support to existing clients.

- Keep up to date with insurance, investment products, and market trends.

Qualifications

- KCSE C- or above, 23+ years old.

- Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

- Strong communication skills.

- Strong networking skills and building relationships.

- Passionate about sales and investments.
